If you are looking to join our internal team as a photographer, videographer or as a media of our AV team, please do not use this form as we have already filled those roles for our 2024 event.
Please fill out the below form completely in order to be considered for a media pass for the 2024 Black Sports Business Symposium from May 29th – June 1st.
Those requesting media passes will be evaluated on multiple factors including (but not limited to) the media outlet affiliation, scope of coverage proposed, reach/circulation, and other details included in this application. Freelancers must be approved by an outlet in to cover the Symposium on their behalf.
You will receive a response indicating whether you have received a media pass one month before the Symposium. Due to the high number of inquiries we receive, any inquiries regarding media passes before that date will not receive a response.
Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will receive a media pass.
