Why did the Black Sports Business Symposium change from invitation-only to a ticketed event?
To ensure sustainability with the quality attendees have grown accustomed to, the Black Sports Business Symposium will be moving to a paid registration model, further extending the opportunity of access to our growing population of Black professionals in sports, talented college students, and highly qualified professionals interested in joining the industry.
While moving to a paid model, there will be opportunities to attend the 2024 Black Sports Business Symposium free of charge, including through our Submit A Session programming initiative and the Arthur M. Blank 100 for HBCU & college students. Symposium offerings will expand in year three to increase the return of your collective investment.

When and where can I check-in and receive my badge?
Early check-in will take place at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center’s Triumph Ballroom on Tuesday, May 28th from 6pm-8pm.
Evening check-in will take place at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center’s Triumph Ballroom on Wednesday, May 29th from 7pm-9pm.
Standard check-in will begin at 7am at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Thursday, May 30th and Friday, May 31st. Please enter via the North Club Entry.
Will there be a dedicated line for speakers and sponsors?
Yes, speakers and sponsors will have a unique check-in line at the North Club Entry.
Where can I park for the Symposium?
Parking can be found at the Red Deck (285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, GA 30313) and the Orange Deck (103 Mangum St NW, Atlanta, GA 30313). Parking at these decks is $15.00 per day.

Is there a Nursing Room at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
There are two (2) nursing rooms available – one on the 100 concourse and one on the field level. If any guest needs access to the room, they can connect with any one of Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s Guest Service team members on site! The team members will be located around the concourse on both 100 concourse and field level.
Is there a Sensory Room at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
The sensory room is located by the elevators at section 134. If any guest needs access to the room, they can connect with any one of Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s Guest Service team members on site! The team members will be located around the concourse on both 100 concourse and field level.
